This morning, the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs listened to testimony on traumatic brain injury and the effects on today's service members.
The committee heard testimony for experts on the invisible wounds of war from top research institutions, alongside Karen Bohlinger, the mother of TBI sufferer, and Jonathan Barr, a Marine who was medically retired for TBI in 2009.
